There is a 'spare' sitting room you are welcome to use outside of University holidays. Large shared kitchen with all mod-cons. The house itself is good sized with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and plenty of rooms downstairs too so never feels crowded. Lovely garden with large covered outdoor eating and lounging area. One cat, one whippet, both very well behaved and very quiet. You'd be sharing with a married couple who love live music and work in the industry and possibly one other lodger. Our kids have left home and are in Uni so they will probably be around during the University holidays.
