I have two rooms available to rent one attic room for £85 per week and one main bedroom for £100 per week. Both rooms are good adequate rooms for any potential lodgers looking for long or short term stay.

Previous lodgers have been professionals who have worked at the local orthopaedic hospital, British telecom, several firefighters from the local station and also local people from Oswestry who have just needed a room for a few months. All people holding down a full time job are welcome.

Brand new Bathroom and Kitchen have recently been built, Super fast broadband . Based a 2 minute walk from town center.

It says in the advert I am a live in land lord, whilst I have my own room i am actually only at the house for about 2 hours per day in general as I spend a lot of time most days and almost every night at my partners.
