The property is a semi-detached house with 4 bedrooms.
Currently there is myself my son and my husband living in the property.
We also have chickens in the garden.
The room available is a converted garage and has it's own access door and en-suite shower room.
You will have use of garden.
Please note, there are no washing facilities ie washing machine available with this room, hence Monday to Friday let only.
The room contains its own small fridge, microwave ( only cooking facility ) wardrobe and space under the bed for storage.
The room has its own entrance and is not shared with anyone else.
The house is about 25 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. perfect location for walking into the town centre.
The rent is inclusive of bills and unlimited Wifi b-band.
