I am offering a small single room in our friendly 3-bedroom house in a peaceful desirable area.

There is one shared living room equipped with a 3pce suite, tv, satellite recorder and Netflix.

There is High Speed Broadband with WiFi throughout the property, full central heating, double glazing, modern fitted kitchen, 2 fridges, as well as a washing m/c and tumble dryer. Also a walk-in shower, bath and 2 toilets..

There is a secluded garden to the rear of the property.

The house is approx 10mins walking distance of Tesco Superstore, Lidl and Morrison's for those who like to keep fit.
It is also on the main bus route into town with buses running every 20mins with a stop near the house. Currently there is plenty of parking on the road and space has never been an issue.
