Very big shared living room with comfy recliners, freeview TV, live TV with additional smart features eg YouTube, Netflix etc. Shared bathroom inc bath/shower with hotwater everytime. Extra toilet available in the ground floor. Easy cloth drying facilities available.

Large private parking space or Plenty of free on-street parking available right next to the house.

Would suit a student/ full-time employed professional. No couples or kids, sorry. No pets. No smoking/vaping.

Your rent includes all bills. You will also benefit from superfast broadband. It's a three-bed, semi detached house(don't worry, it's well built so you don't hear a peep from neighbours, who are all nice anyway!) We are working professionals who tends to work 3/4 days a week.
