The hose is fully furnished and well set up. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and a fan oven with gas hob. You would have your own food cupboards and fridge space.
Gas central heating throughout.
Shared dining room and comfy front room.
The sunny back garden is also shared but has different areas so you can seek privacy.
Friendly neighbours in a proper old fashioned community.
10 mins walk from town center, 3 mins from the park and river, 15 mins to bus and train stations.

Council Tax band C, but bills are included.

I'm looking for someone who respects the house, doing their share of chores and not leaving mess in shared spaces.
There are currently no pets in the house but if you have a cat that would be fine. There is a cat flap- but no litter trays please.

I'm easy going and work away quite a bit in the summer months, so you'd have plenty of peace and quiet.
