Large master bedroom w en-suite close to town cntr

Hi!

I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into the master bedroom in my 2-bed flat.

The room is large, has an en-suite with electric shower, and is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There’s plenty of room for a desk, tv, bookcases etc too. Please let me know if you’d like to see more photos of the flat.

The flat is a 7 minute walk from Shrewsbury train station and town centre.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, chilled out, easy-going, 22-40, and a professional, but it really depends on the person. No problems with you coming and going at any time morning or night.

As for me, I wfh Mon-Fri as a civil servant but will be away some weekends, and I also have weekly social commitments so will be out a few evenings. You could expect some good time to yourself. I’m very chilled and like to watch films and football, listen to lots of music and read when at home. I also have a blind 21-year old cat called Minnie who sleeps under my desk and is no fuss at all.

Would be happy to allow pets depending on what it is! Cats or dogs are a no-no unfortunately because of my cat but open to cage-based animals.
