we have a large room for ONE person to rent in our house. We have a large kitchen / dining room with sofa and a back garden that are shared by everyone. Parking is on the street. We are 10 mins. walk from the town centre. Person must mix in easily with others, sharing cooking space etc. and joining in with keeping communal parts of the house tidy and clean, together with of course keeping their room clean.
This lodger will share a bathroom with mainly one other lodger; the two will be responsible for keeping this bathroom clean.
We are a recycling household . There's a compost bin for the garden.
Preference at the moment for a female lodger.
