Great location next to river in a Nature Reserve

Two rooms available to rent. One ensuite, one shared bathroom. First floor.. Fully furnished (furnishings flexible to some extent). The rooms are well decorated with fairly new carpets. The walls are plain white and I'm happy for any (longer term) lodger to decorate to their own taste. Downstairs is a good sized, fully equipped kitchen diner.

The highlight of the property is possibly it's location which is a few yards from and directly adjacent to, the river and local beauty spot in the Reabrook Nature Reserve. The house has a very rural feel but is also just a two minute walk from a very good local Sainsburys and other useful shops, takeaways and pub. Less than a one minute walk to the bus stop which has a regular service to the town centre, and is a 15 minute walk to the town centre.

The house has large gardens to the front, rear and side. Any lodger would be welcome to adopt an area for their own personal use. (Last year saw a serious attempt at growing vegetables . . . . with varying degrees of success! Hoping to do better this year.)

The house would be shared with myself (retired professional in my sixties). At present there is one other lodger.

Also we have two dogs, spaniels. They get walked regularly, in all weathers, so kitchen diner not always being as clean and tidy as one might hope for. The house is fairly quiet, relaxed and friendly. I like lodgers to feel that this is "their home".

All bills included. Rent in the range £475 to £575 but negotiable; finding the right person is more important than finances.
