Laburnum Grove is situated in a peaceful enclave, close to local services, and only a 1 mile (1.6 km) walk from the railway station. There are also nearby foot paths leading to the river giving good access to the countryside.

The room:
I am offering a small single room in a nice home that I am very pleased to live in myself. The room is equipped with a single bed and bedding, a desk & chair, shelves, coat hooks, wall mounted television, and desk with drawers. Should your wish to bring your own furniture then I can store any of the aforementioned items. The room is small and you should not be expecting it to be any larger than it appears in the photograph, nor should you be expecting any furniture not mentioned above. However, you will have exclusive accesses to a ceiling height cupboard on the landing which includes a coat rail. I also have storage space for other items, this includes a shed which is for the use of lodgers suitable for larger items such as bicycles, camping gear, or golf clubs. If you have particular items in mind then please feel free to ask.

The House:
The house is certainly not overcrowded, in my view there is plenty of space, you will have use of lounge, downstairs toilet, kitchen, comfortable conservatory and garden with a patio area. The bathroom is shared with one other lodger. I have my own bathroom arrangements. The kitchen is modern, spacious, and equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, electric oven, gas hob and other items. Lodgers have their own alocated kitchen storage, fridge, and feezer space.

Parking:
I have lived in the property since August 2017, there has always been plenty of space to park in the road, it's a quiet estate with no through traffic.

About the household:
I am a male aged 47, I consider myself easy going. I enjoy the outdoors, my interests include hiking, camping, and travel. The other lodger is a respectful, tidy male in his late 20's. In over four years I have had male and female lodgers of various ages and from a variety of backgrounds. I am only seeking one more lodger, making a household of three.
