Laburnum Grove is situated in a peaceful enclave, close to local services, and only a 1 mile (1.6 km) walk from the railway station. There are also nearby foot paths leading to the river giving good access to the countryside.

The room:
I am offering a double room in a nice home that I am very pleased to live in myself. The room is equipped with a double bed and bedding, shelves, lamps, a wall mounted television, built in wardrobe, a chair and desk with drawers. Should your wish to bring your own furniture then I can store any of the aforementioned items. I also have storage space for other items, this includes a shed which is for the use of lodgers suitable for larger items such as bicycles, camping gear, or golf clubs. If you have particular items in mind then please feel free to ask.

The House:
The house is certainly not overcrowded, in my view there is plenty of space, you will have use of thr lounge, downstairs toilet, kitchen, comfortable conservatory and garden with a patio area. The bathroom is shared with one other lodger. I have my own bathroom arrangements. The kitchen is modern, spacious, and equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, electric oven, gas hob and other items. Lodgers have their own alocated kitchen storage, fridge, and feezer space.

Parking:
It's possible to park in the street. It's a quiet estate with no through traffic.

About the household:
I am a male aged 51, I consider myself easy going. I enjoy the outdoors, my interests include hiking, camping, and travel. The other lodger is a respectful, tidy lady.

Since 2017 I have had male and female lodgers of various ages and from a variety of backgrounds. I am only seeking one more lodger, making a household of three.

About You:
