Hi i have a double room for rent in house sharing with one other lodger. It has a kingsize bed but is not suitable for couples, single working person only. 1 small non shedding dog in house and pony and chickens in back yard so you must be able to deal with some animal noise lol.
All bills and wifi included but not to work from home as it can be intermitant. No dhs. Shared bathroom with 1 other male lodger and kitchen. on street parking. No lounge or garden access. Land lady lives on site but has own anex.
