Room is 11ft by 8.5 ft, with an alcove at the side which has a hanger for clothes.
I'm happy to put in or take away any furniture, and for someone to put whatever they want in the room including pictures etc as it's a bit minimal at the moment due to the fact that I only moved in recently myself!
