Furnished with single bed, chest of drawers, hanging closet, lamp ..and desk if desired.

Share the house and land with a family/small group of creative, caring and working humans. We are not straight edge, we are also too old for a party house.

We are directly on bath road, so the sounds of gentle passing 30mph traffic either reminds you of waves and is soothing.. or.. it won’t be your thing.

A small well established row of apple & pear; & a two acre paddock out back and shared garden space.

We are a LOW Tech Home :-)

Gardening, building, yoga, music, dancing, reading, art, connecting, healing, awake kind of vibe.

No teles in shared spaces, no microwave..

House internet is good speed but alas does not always reach in the garden. An unlimited sim works best for hotspotting if loads of internet is important.

The house is non veg, but no pork. We don’t mind what you do for your self though 💚 Happy for You to be You 💚

Smoking is permitted outside if one cleans up and is respectful.

We have two cats and two rescue dogs from Egypt, one lovely mature female and one 2 year old male. 💚

One space of parking is included.
