Two minutes walk to local shops, newsagent, supermarket/post office, pub, acclaimed Gather cafe, superb fish and chip shop, hairdresser, dentist etc. Good position for those working in Corsham, Bradford on Avon, Chippenham etc but wanting to live close to Bath, or needing easy access to the M4. Regular bus service into the City, but the University requires a change in the centre. It would be helpful if you looked at Google maps before enquiring, to make sure the location is suitable for you.
