This is a lovely sunny and cosy room which is furnished to a high standard, in a clean and tidy house in a quiet cui-de-sac with residents parking, and it is just a short walk into the centre of Bath, and close to Morrison's Supermarket, which is ideal for shopping after work.

All bills included the council tax are included in the monthly rent.

The room has a double bed, 2 wardrobe, swivel chair, writing desk with fitted carpet etc, and the house has two bathrooms and double glazed windows, and super fast broadband, and you get get your own fridge with freezer compartment in the kitchen, which is needed in this warm weather.😀

I am looking for a nice lodger that would like to live in a home and not a bedsit, and I know how important it is for you to have your own space, and to have a happy stay; and have had other lodgers from from France, Thailand, Japan, UK etc before.
