This is a lovely neighbourhood in a great location, about 6 mins walk from town and the train station, and 30 seconds from the canal towpath. On street residents parking is available.
The house has 4 bedrooms and a lovely sunny south facing garden. The room would suit a tidy, considerate, easy-going professional or mature student, who enjoys life, their interests and getting along. Due to the pitched roof probably not suitable for anyone extremely tall!
The room has a large floor space, currently has a single bed but room for a double. Occupant would have their own recently refurbished bathroom.
I could do a Monday-Friday arrangement or full-time. Happy to answer any questions.
