Furnished double room nr Moorland Road

Hello!

We are two women looking for a new housemate. The house is 10 minutes walk from Moorland road and around 25 minutes walk from the city centre. Council tax band B.

We're not a party household, but we are a sociable household, so are looking for a friend not just a housemate! VP enjoys theatre, art, and swimming. Becka enjoys crochet and reading, and we're both fans of houseplants, cooking, and Netflix.

We are tidy and respectful of each other so would be looking for someone who is the same. No pets, but Kobi the dog visits sometimes, and occasionally stays for a week to visit - Becka looks after him. He is a medium mixed breed dog who is very friendly and happy to cuddle and watch TV, or go out for walks. He loves people and rarely barks.

The room is a furnished double room on the ground floor. It has a wardrobe and a double bed provided, and there's a working shower in the room, and a toilet next door.

Downstairs we have a large kitchen with gas hob, washing machine, 'fridge, freezer and lots of storage plus a dining room table and chairs. We have a communal living room with TV (and a lot of plants). We have a conservatory which is is nice to relax in in summer. Upstairs is a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet shared by the house.

Outside we have a small garden with a patio area.

Bills are not included (electric, water, gas, council tax, fast internet and TV licence) but come to around £160 each a month. We just split them three ways.

There is free on street parking outside the house.

The room will be available from 7th October.
