Lovely double newly refurbished vault space with own new shower room ensuite in a Georgian flat in central Bath. 12 minute walk from the railway station. Quiet Georgian crescent with resident on street parking available for small additional cost.
Tastefully decorated very clean and light, use of sunny, pretty, private garden to the rear of the house, main kitchen in house but a small breakfast bar and sink in the vaults and private courtyard. A part time or full time lodger can bring and keep some belongings. There is one other lodger in the main flat, and I also use the apartment a few days per week - we are both very respectful and considerate.
Council tax internet and utility bills are included. but you would be entirely responsible for providing all your own food and consumables.
A good match is important so it would be essential to meet and all parties to be happy with the arrangement. You would need to fill out a lodger agreement form and pay the deposit and first months rent before the room would be considered "taken".
