Tastefully decorated very clean and light, use of sunny, pretty, private garden to the rear of the house. A part time or full time lodger can bring and keep some belongings. The twin vaults can be furnished or unfurnished furnished. They do not contain a separate kitchen... the photos show the shared kitchen in the flat. I also use the apartment a few days per week - i am very respectful and considerate..
Council tax internet and utility bills are included. but you would be entirely responsible for providing your own food/ consumables.
A good match is important so it would be essential to meet and both be happy with the arrangement. You would need to fill out a lodger agreement form and pay the deposit and first months rent before the room would be considered "taken".
