We're looking for a new housemate to join our existing housemates young working professionals. There will be 2 girls and one guy in the house. This is a high quality, clean and well maintained house (4 bedroom). It's sociable but not a student party house!
The available room is on the first floor and is close to the bathroom (which is shared by another 2 tenants with one tenant having an ensuite). It has a lift-up bed for storage and are cleverly furnished to maximise the space. Please note the photos need to be updated of this room.
The communal space consists of a separate kitchen with large fridge and dishwasher; large open plan dining area/lounge; utility room with large freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer; small, low maintenance garden.
Free on-road parking is available just outside and a nearby bus stop that gets you to the station in town in 20 minutes. Or if you fancy walking its about 30 mins (and not too hilly!)
We're ideally looking for someone that wants somewhere nice to call home and will be a good fit with the current housemates.
No agency - you will be dealing directly with us (the landlords) but we always like for people to meet the existing housemates before we move people in. Virtual viewings can be arranged too.
Bills are not included. Council tax is Band C.
