Hello!
We've got a ensuite room that are available now in an awesome house-share! The current house is occupied by two girls and two guys (all young working professionals)
It is a 5 person house-share but it is not a student house - just a nice friendly bunch of people looking for a new housemate to replace the one that is sadly leaving.
The house has a large open plan kitchen, diner, lounge area. The communal area opens onto a decked patio and garden. There is plenty of fridge/freezer space, outdoor sheds for storage and separate drying room.
The bedrooms available have double beds with storage underneath. Both have good room to store clothes and bedside tables. One overlooks the garden, one overlooks the front.
It's a super friendly house and while everyone has their own lives, they socialise together where possible. Everyone works full-time and they don't party until the early hours.
We're local to the area and you'll be dealing directly with us (the owners) not an agent.
There's on road parking and a nearby bus. Bills are not included but cheap. Council tax is Band B.
