Gorgeous room available in detached listed Georgian house in Widcombe - a safe, green and particularly beautiful area of Bath. Taking up whole 2nd floor of the house the room is extra large, has windows on every wall and a very unique arched ceiling.

Located on the cusp of the countryside yet only 10 minutes walk to Bath Spa train station with supermarket, pubs, cafes and GP surgery enroute. It's a 20 mins walk from University of Bath.

Fully furnished as shown with double bed, masses of wardrobe and drawer space, a desk and fast wifi. Huge bathroom on 1st floor with bath and overhead shower to be shared with only one other female lodger. Access is via a stone spiral staircase from the living room.

The cosy sitting room and fully equiped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, range cooker, freezer and fridge plus washing machine are all for shared use as are two courtyards and garden. It's a nicely furnished home but homely and relaxed.

We are 1 female live in landlord, (professional) and 1 female PhD student. Looking for an additional female lodger, preferably a mature student, to make up an all female household. We enjoy company and occasional shared meals but also appreciate and respect own space. We'd like to share with someone who likes a tidy and clean home. There are no 'rules' just common decency and good communication.

Plentiful residents parking available if needed. No smoking inside but outside okay. Ability to manage a narrow spiral staircase is a must!
