This is a furnished room which has just been freshly painted, new curtain pole and curtains and lighting which can be dimmed to suit your requirements, a bed, built in wardrobe with deep shelving space and 2 hanging rails, in addition to a stand alone wardrobe and drawers, a full sized desk with drawers with shelving and a chair.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room. The bathroom has a twin headed power shower, sink and toilet. There are 3 bathrooms in total so the one you will be using is easily accessible.

We are a happy, friendly and studious household who enjoy doing some things together when time allows but respect each others personal space too 😊

The property is within walking distance of the RUH and the city centre. There is also a great selection of local shops to include a green grocer, butcher, Sainsbury’s, cafes, pubs and restaurants on Moorland Road - all of which are within a 10 minute walk from the house.

The house is situated in a green leafy position with parklands either end of the street leading to the cycle path and twin tunnels.

Oldfield Park train station is also only a 10 minute walk away with bus stops to the city and university a few minutes walk away if you prefer the drier option.

There is also plenty of free parking available at the property so no need for costly parking permits. There is a good sized garden with plenty of seating for outdoor eating in warmer climes. The house is modern, light, and airy.

We have a resident dog at the house so someone who likes dogs is a must! He is very friendly and well behaved and he loves to be made a fuss of!

We are looking for someone with a happy demeanour who is able to communicate well with other members of the household, is proactive in sharing the daily living tasks and preferably someone who has shared with others previously and therefore used to sharing spaces.
