This is a furnished room that comes with a comfy single bed and memory foam mattress, a stand alone wardrobe, under-bed storage and a full sized desk and chair.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room. The bathroom has a twin headed power shower, sink and toilet. There are 3 bathrooms/toilets in total so the one you will be using is easily accessible.

The house is not one for big parties, more a nice chilled, cosy home. We are a happy and friendly household who enjoy doing some things together when time allows but respect each others personal space too 😊

The property is within walking distance of the RUH, gym and the city centre. There is also a great selection of local shops to include a green grocer, butcher, Sainsbury’s, cafes, pubs and restaurants on Moorland Road - all of which are within a 10 minute walk from the house.

The house is situated in a green leafy position with large green open spaces either end of the street leading to the cycle path and twin tunnels.

Oldfield Park train station is a 10 minute walk away with bus stops to the city and university a few minutes walk away.

There is also plenty of free parking available at the property so no need for costly parking permits. There is a good sized garden with plenty of seating for outdoor eating in warmer climes. The house is modern, light, and airy.

We have a resident dog at the house so someone who likes dogs would be great! He is very friendly and well behaved and he loves to be made a fuss of!

We are looking for someone with a happy demeanour who is able to communicate well with other members of the household in a mature manner and is proactive in sharing cleaning tasks.

Additionally, I work from home - my role requires confidentiality so I’m looking for someone who does not work from home Mon - Fri.
