Lovely loft room in friendly shared house

4 bedroom house for only 3 tenants, on a quiet leafy road, a short walk from the RUH and only 20 minutes along the river to town.

We have one really wonderful large bedrooms available in this big house - we also have two spare rooms - one used as an office and one as a spare bedroom for any family or friends who'd like to stay. The house has a lovely little garden with bbq area, outside sofa benches and a handy little shed. We've got a large shared living room with all the Netflix's etc and a gorgeous (only slightly out of tune) piano.

Really big kitchen and dining area - we'd love to find a housemate who like to occasionally cook together and spend the evenings talking absolute rubbish or paddle boarding on the river. Looking for a likeminded sharer!

Offered unfurnished, but possible to provide some furniture! Available September but possibly earlier 😊
