We have 3 double rooms available in this house from roughly 1st August. The house (which has always been occupied by young working professionals) was occupied by 4 girls in their 20s.
The house has a decent sized bathroom with a walk in shower, separate WC, a large communal area with sofa, desk and a TV. The modern kitchen is complete with a large fridge, decent cupboard space and dishwasher. It overlooks the private garden to the rear of the property.
Its located on a quiet road with free parking outside and a nearby bus-stop into town and a garden.
We're looking for someone like-minded, social, tidy and works a mix of in and out of the house.
The property is run by me (Joe) and Victoria. We only live round the corner and we're normally available to pop over to help if needed
