It leads onto a rooftop terrace, shared with 3 other flats (although this is the only with private access, and the other flats hardly use it), which is great in the summer ☀️

The room itself has a king size bed, large wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and is excellent value for such a central location.

Bills are not included in the advertised price, but on average total around £175 each per month.

Unfortunately parking is not available

We are also sociable flat, like to have a few people round for drinks on the weekend, and love a good birthday party ! 🎉🍸🥃
