Room available from 1st of August, happy to do viewings from 3rd of June onwards. Could get someone in as early as the 18th of July but the remainder of rent for July would be paid directly to my old flatmate as he moves out on 18th of July and will be paying rent up to 1st of August.

Flat is in the city centre on top of the Star Inn pub, 10 minute walk from train station & bus station.

I consider myself easy to live with and fairly relaxed with most things as long as we both carry our weight when it comes to cleaning. I work in property (usually from home) and like the usual free time stuff (gym, pubs, movies etc.).

I would ideally like to live with someone close to my age with a similar social life (nothing too crazy midweek but like to have a big night at the weekend). Happy to discuss further though on viewing to avoid confusion.

I am not a vegetarian but I don’t mind vegetarians 👍

Rent does not include bills and lately they have fluctuated quite a bit- some months are cheaper than others but generally you will need to set aside 750/800 for rent and bills on a normal month- it will very rarely be higher than £800.
The Landlord is very reasonable and won’t spring unexpected rent increases on us or anything- he’s only raised the rent once since I moved here in 2019 and it’s still considerably below market value.
