The lounge is shared, there is a separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, cooker and counter space and cupboards. I have excellent broadband and Wi-Fi signal.
My ideal tenant would be a medical or nursing student or professional, non smoker with no pets. Quiet & tidy house.
