Newly refurbished double room

Living Room

I'm looking for an outgoing, sociable young professional to join my housemate in my recently refurbished house in Oldfield Park.

Both rooms are furnished and have access to a comfortable living room, dining (room with 2 desks), kitchen, two bathrooms, and a garden. Bedroom 1 is much larger with a large wardrobe and space for a desk and Bedroom 3 does overlook the train line but this is fairly quiet thanks to new loft and wall insulation and windows. There is on street parking through a permit.

The house is 1 minute walk to Moorland Road and Oldfield Park train station and only around 15 minutes to the centre of Bath.

Bills are additional as I'm passionate about sustainability and don't want somebody that will leave the heating on all the time. The total (council tax, energy, water, internet) is typically around £300/month but would be split between tenants.

My housemate is social, active, and outgoing and has happily lived at the house for 3 years. She is a marine biologist and typically works in Bristol.
