I'm looking for an outgoing, sociable young professional to join my housemate in my recently refurbished house in Oldfield Park.
The room (bed 3 on the floor plan) is furnished and has shared access to a comfortable living room, dining (room with 2 desks), kitchen, two bathrooms, and a garden. The room has views over to Victoria Park and does also overlook the train line but this is pretty quiet thanks to new windows and wall and loft insulation.
The house is 1 minute walk to Moorland Road and Oldfield Park train station and only around 15 minutes to the centre of Bath.
Bills are additional as I'm passionate about sustainability and don't want somebody that will leave the heating on all the time. The total (council tax band C, energy, water, internet) is typically around £300/month but would be split between tenants.
The existing housemate is social, active, and outgoing and has happily lived at the house for 3 years. She is a marine biologist and typically works in Bristol.
The advert has me listed as a live-in-landlord which is incorrect but it won't let me change it.
