Bright and airy redecorated double room in a spacious three-bed flat with garden and parking. Fantastic location 5-10 minute walk to the train station and town. Close to the university. Parking is available and neighbours very are friendly. Co-op 1 minute away, along with a lovely cafe, pub and restaurants alongside all the other amenities on Bearflat.

Furniture-wise there is a new double bed and mattress, lots of storage including wardrobe and a good size desk. Wifi is included, as is Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV etc. Google home in all rooms. NEW 50-inch wall mounted freely TV in bedroom. (I can remove any small items/trinkets etc)

The kitchen has a sit-down table and a new washing machine and cooker /airfryer . The boiler is also new - there is a lovely real fire in the lounge, and it is very warm and cosy in the winter.

I'm looking for a chilled-out, professional or mature student who is tidy, clean and respectful. I am very easy-going and can keep myself to myself.

Your Bathroom is next to bedroom. (I have en-suite bathroom in attic room with my stuff in in) yours consists of shower and a bath, bathroom cabinet to keep your toiletries etc.

I am away a lot at weekends and work upstairs at home during the week.

You would also be sharing with a tiny dog and a big fat lazy cat
