We have a spacious sunny furnished double room with a luxurious shower and WC for private usage for one person. The house had scenic views over the valley. Short or long-term rent. Only 1.7 miles from Bath city centre with brilliant public transport.
This advert is not for a professional that works from home , no remote workers strictly , and no couples or 2 friends, sorry this is not negotiable. It is preferred for females.
The double room is large, with storage space, a large quality chest of drawers , a full-body mirror , a large double wardrobe , a Samsung TV for your own usage , views of the park, protective blackout curtains, a new spacious double size bed and mattress.
The house would probably suit a professional or post-graduate, There is an abundance of street parking. The bus routes to central Bath are brilliant, and the bus stop is a 2-minute stroll from our front door.
We very much enjoy the area we live in, with many options of supermarkets ( 3 different ones) 5 min walking distance and restaurants, cash machines, etc.
The bus to the university is a few minutes away, and the city is 12 min by bus (3 different buses available) or just 8/10 min by car. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, and tumble dryer; the kitchen is equipped to the highest standards, and you can use all the equipment; the garden is cosy, and there are impressive communal viewpoint areas, plus you will have your own luxury shower room. The house has a water filter , salt softener, speedy broadband, and all the amenities.
The kitchen is luxurious and very spacious, as described, and we are very lucky to have a lovely mini garden with amazing views. There are no tenants, just a family home including two teenagers and a cute, extremely friendly dog who has his own room. After 10:30pm on weekdays, due to school and work responsibilities, the house needs to be quiet, and this is really important.
We include all bills, such as electricity, council tax, tv license, water, heating, internet, etc., in the rent mentioned.
