The house is in a great location, north of the river in a quiet no through road, with good bus connections nearby. Easy level walk (15/20 min) into town through Victoria Park.
Large shared living space to socialise, housemates are all friendly, respectful working adults.

The rent includes all bills.
And a fortnightly cleaner for all communal spaces!

Deposit is one months rent.
Rolling monthly contract, 2 month notice to leave required.
