I am looking for a lodger for my lovely double room ( single occupancy only no couples). This would make a great bolt hole for the right person.
Short Term Lets only but could become longer term for the right fit. Rent per Month: £950.
Use of shared bathroom, kitchen and dining area with seating during sociable hours.
**Must be a genuine dog lover as my house is home to my young dog **
Full time professionals who work out of the house from 9-5.30 weekdays only.
Must be mature, respectful, quiet and tidy. This is very much a home environment and not a typical houseshare.
Personal items in images will be removed from room and basic space for garment hanging supplied.
Bills included gas and electricity capped. (considerate usage only)
15 mins walk to Bath centre, with bus routes on main road outside house and both Oldfield Park and Bath Spa station within close proximity.
References, verified identification, proof of permanent address, contract and deposit required.
