The house is in a great location, city side of the river in a quiet no through road, has parking for two cars on the drive and good bus connections nearby. Easy level walk (15/20 min max) into town (Abbey area) through Victoria Park. Tesco local store, coffee shop, takeaways, and pub within 6 minutes’ walk.

All bills are included in the rent (including council tax & TV Licence) with Virgin media fast internet, plus a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas.
