Looking for a lovely housemate

Welcome to our 4 bedroom house with 4 nurses working in the RUH. One of the tenants will move out on 27th March 2026 and the new tenancy agreement starts on 1st September 2026.

We love to cook and hangout together occassionally and we would appreciate if you would like to share some spare time with us but don't worry it will not be an issue if you like to spend your time on your own. We are looking for someone who is respectful and tidy. Planning up a party is allowed if mutually agreed by all of the housemates and it should not be beyond 10pm.

It is a furnished double bedroom adjacent to bath and shower and there is storage at the basement if you got some stuff to keep that you barely use.

There is just one bit thing about the location of our laundry, it is in my room in the basement. I have a sign on my door which indicates whether I am in the room or not. If it says 'out' you can freely go downstairs to do your laundry. If 'in' you need to knock on the door or send me a message first. 😁
