A lovely cosy double room available in a 2 bedroom flat living with one other male professional. The flat is located right behind the Royal Crescent, with Victoria Park a 2 minute walk away & the city centre 7 minutes walk into town. The flat is the perfect location for anyone who works in Bath or needs a base to get around Bath. There is a shared lounge/ dinning room/ bathroom and the flat comes with all key amenities and is fully furnished. To note the kitchen is small but functional. There is permit parking if required and parking is located outside the front door. Total bills are roughly £160 per month per person ( council tax, water, gas, electric & wifi). There is no tumble dryer but there is a launderette with a tumble dryer 1 minute from the flat. The flat is quite small but cosy & is located on the top floor ( so there are quite a few stairs). The only downside with the room is the washing machine is located in one of the cupboards - so access will be required by the other tennant- this has never been an issue in the past but wanted to mention.
