Large Double room,sitting area & kitchen near RUH

Large double room with own shower room and use of kitchen and living area near RUH.
My house has a self contained 2 bedroom annex in the undercroft which I do not use. I live in the house upstairs.
As such you will generally have use of the sitting area and kitchen for yourself along with your own fridge and washing machine and a separate entrance.
The bathroom with a very large shower is not en-suite but again I don't use it.
There is another bedroom which has its own en-suite which I may use for guests from time to time.
All bills are included including council tax.
