Room for rent Bath- next to Oldfield park station

We are a couple in our 20s who are looking for someone to rent out our spare bedroom to contribute towards the costs of the property. We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly and fun to be around as we spend most if our time relaxing in the evenings at home after work. We love cooking fresh meals and playing music in the kitchen so someone who doesnt mind a musical household would be ideal. We both work full time so are gone throughout most of the days.

The house is in Council tax band C. And we are currently in the progress of renovations so the house is still a work in progress!

We have a fully functional kitchen with an air fryer and coffee machine, a single bathroom with both shower and bath. We have a large living room with plenty of space for hosting friends and a lovely garden which will be brilliant in the summer!

The house is a short walk away from many local amenities. We live about a 2 minute walk away from pure gym, 20 minutes from the town centre and a short walk from lidl, moorland road and plenty of pubs.

The house is available from now, and we are ideally looking for someone to move in before the 10th (ASAP)
