Hi!
From October 2026, I will have a bright, furnished spare room available in a convenient location in Bath. The room comes with a double bed with storage underneath, a bedside table, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is walking distance to bus stops, Sainsburys, Lidl, PureGym, and Victoria Park. Oldfield Park train station is a 7 minute walk.

All bills are included: broadband, water, electricity, gas, council tax. Council tax band C.

If you have a car, Southview Road car park is one minute walk away and you can buy a residents permit through the council (£273.75 for a 6-month permit).

I’m looking for a quiet, considerate lodger who I feel at ease with. Must be a member of the LGBTQ+ community or a strong ally. I’m happy to welcome one well-behaved indoor cat or a small dog if you have one.

No smoking or vaping🚭

•　South-facing, so it gets plenty of sun.
•　Overlooks a quiet front road (cul-de-sac). You’ll occasionally hear children from the nearby infant school.
•　10 power sockets.

The house includes:
•　Washing machine, dishwasher.
•　Fridge, chest freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave.
•　Wi-Fi and TV (but I don’t have streaming services or a TV license, sorry! I only watch YouTube).
•　Garden and patio with outdoor seating.
•　Two sofas (one for you), a dining table with 4 chairs (two chairs for you).
•　Two garden loungers (one for you).

About me:
•　Avid gym goer and enjoy playing chess on my phone. I like gardening too - half of my garden is vegetables, the other half is flowers🥰
•　Friendly but socially awkward. I value a quiet and peaceful home and need a fair bit of alone time.
•　I like things clean and tidy, and would appreciate someone who’s similar.
