Double room in Central Bath available

Hi,

I'm looking to fill the second room in my current flat as my previous flatmate has moved out.

It's a great location (Bennett Street) with an excellent view, right on top of the city centre without any of the traffic or noise.

The flat came unfurnished but i've got all of the basics, including a double bed with mattress, bedside table, and drawers for the available room in here already should you need them.

A little about me: I'm a 25 year old professional photographer, and I love cooking and all things music. I do a lot of working from home so ideally would be looking for someone who doesn't mind that.

Unfortunately there is no parking permit available as the only one eligible for this property is already taken, so please keep this in mind if that may be an issue for you- I wouldn't want for anyone to deal any nasty surprises with that.

Upon finding a suitable flatmate I'll hand the process over to the letting agent for the property and they'll be able to organise any necessary checks, deposit, tenancy agreement etc...

Property is in council tax band C.
