Bright, well appointed and compact studio near the RUH. With on street parking, own kitchen and bathroom and own front door.

The room is attached to my home but has complete privacy.

The kitchenette has hob, oven, sink, storage, kettle and toaster plus fridge,
The double bed has plenty of drawers underneath and the bathroom is newly done.

The large roof light means the room is always light and bright -there are 4 large windows for a very small space!

It's important to note that this room is 15msq it its entirety (including bathroom and kitchette) I dont recommend it for couples for this reason. Having said that all of my previous lodgers have been couples so I am happy to consider it! There is a £100 surcharge for couples.

It won't be suitable if you regularly need to work from home - there just isnt space.

All bills included with a small surcharge of £70 per month in winter (Oct - March) for heating.

References will be requested.

The location in Upper Weston is 2 mins walk from the Number 4 bus which goes to the bus/train station via the hospital, and town centre.

There is free onstreet parking -there is always space.

The property is detached and on a quiet street.

The flat is not suitable for dogs but I am happy to consider a cat or other small pet. A larger deposit would be payable.

I'm an easy going mum of two, I work in the events industry and have shared my home with lodgers for 10+yrs. I have a cat in the main house so if you have a severe allergy that's worth bearing in mind.
