You’ll be sharing the flat with me and my friendly cat 🐾. The flat has a shared bathroom and living room, plus a washing machine for convenience. There’s also a designated parking space at the end of the street.

📍 Location & Transport: The flat is in a quiet residential area, around a 20-minute walk to Bath city centre. Just a 3-minute walk away is Bailbrook House bus stop, with regular buses into town. From the city centre, the U1 Unibus runs straight to the University of Bath, making it very convenient for students.

🚭 House rules: No smoking indoors (okay outside), respectful of shared spaces, and cat-friendly.
