Houseboat for Rent – Bath

My lovingly restored 30ft Dutch river cruiser has become available for someone to enjoy over the winter months.
It’s moored in Bath and includes:

• Kitchen with gas hob & fridge
• Hot water, shower & toilet
• Wood burner + diesel heater
• TV & Wi-Fi
• Unlimited water – 12-stage filtration with UV & reverse osmosis (safe to drink straight from the tap)

It’s cozy, unique, and perfect for anyone who wants something a little different from the usual flat — ideal for a taste of sustainable, off-grid living.

Available for 3–6 months, with potential to extend.

The boat is currently moored on the river Avon, right in the center of bath.
Over winter, the water level rises, which can provide challenges getting on and off the boat and adjusting mooring lines.

The boat uses a small cassette toilet and the occupieer will need to be capable of emptying it in one of the near by public toilets.

I'm looking for someone ideally with some boating experience or keen to learn the ins and outs of boat life.
