Double room available in 2-bed flat

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to share a nice 2-bedroom flat.

The flat is bright and comfortable, with a good-sized living room, kitchen, and all the essentials. It’s in a great location, a five-minute walk from Bath centre, 10 minutes to the train station, and with a bus stop just a minute away. The building is well-kept and the area is quiet and calm.

The room is a double room, unfurnished, with a double built-in wardrobe, and available from the 15th of June (move-in date can be flexible).

A bit about me: I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of space. I’m looking for someone similar—tidy, relaxed, and easy to live with. I appreciate a clean space, so it’s important to keep shared areas neat. Ideally not a party flat, more of a calm and friendly home.

Rent is £550 per month (bills roughly £150). Deposit required.
Council tax band C.
