Bright double room with beautiful views in the heart of Larkhall Village, Bath. In a Georgian apartment on the third floor, which is light and airy. The bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and bedside drawers. It has old shutters on a big window looking out at Solsbury Hill. There is access to a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a kitchen with all the necessary crockery, utensils, an oven, a toaster, a washing machine, etc. The room comes with a private parking space you can use. You would be sharing with the owner of the flat - I am a 44-year-old woman who runs her own business and is out at work most days. I am friendly and polite.

Larkhall is a pretty and quaint village, bustling with local community, cafes, theatre, restaurants, bookshop, butchers, supermarket, takeaways, etc. It is only a twenty-minute walk to the centre of Bath. There is a lovely park called Alice Park, a five-minute walk away, with tennis courts. The canal is also around the corner, which is lovely for walks and bike rides.

It would be good to share with a friendly professional female or mature student who is relatively quiet.
