Bright double room with beautiful views of Solsbury Hill in a 1756 light and airy Georgian apartment in the heart of quaint and friendly Larkhall Village, Bath. The bedroom has a double Ottoman bed with lots of storage, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and bedside drawers. It has a shuttered big window.

There is no living room. There is access to a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a kitchen with all the necessary crockery, utensils, an oven, a toaster, a washing machine, etc.

Larkhall is a pretty village, bustling with local community, cafes, the Rondo theatre, restaurants, pubs, a bookshop, butchers, supermarkets, takeaways, etc. There is a lovely park called Alice Park a five-minute walk away that has tennis courts. The river and canal is also around the corner, which is lovely for walks and bike rides and can be used to get into central Bath.

It is only a twenty-minute walk to the centre of Bath. There are many buses to central Bath from Larkhall Village or the London Road (a few minutes walk away).

You would be sharing with the owner of the flat - I am a 44-year-old woman who runs her own wellbeing business and is out at work most days. I am also studying as an Integrative Counsellor at the moment. I am friendly and respectful.

It would be good to share with a friendly professional female or mature student who is relatively quiet.
