Double room, BA2 flat, bills included & no deposit

I'm looking for an easy-going, employed flatmate to share my 2-bedroom ground floor flat in Bath. The flat is part of a small, quiet block of six and has a decent-sized living room, shared bathroom, small garden, and garage storage available if needed.

The room is an unfurnished small double. If you need a bed, I'm happy for you to buy one and I'll reimburse you for it when you move out. So no deposit and no bed cost in the long run.

£650/month. All bills included (Sky broadband 60Mbps, water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV license)

A few things to know:

- I work from home weekdays 9am–4pm, so ideally I'm looking for someone who's out during the day and happy to keep things reasonably quiet while I'm working

- If you vape, inside is fine; cigarettes outside please

- Pets considered depending on the animal, just ask

- No deposit required

- Council Tax Band C
