About the flat/ room:
Advertising one spacious double room in a newly renovated 2 bed apartment on Wellsway (Bear Flat). The flat has been entirely refurbished, with wooden floors, sound proofing, a new kitchen (including fridge/freezer/dishwasher/washer and dryer) and bathroom. Although it is on Wellsway, the inside of the flat is very quiet and tranquil with no road noise. It is very close to a Tesco and Bear Flat High St, and a 20 minute walk to Bath Spa station.

The tenancy is due to begin on 4th June (with a possibility of a few days delay for renovation to be complete). This spot in the tenancy is to replace a friend who had to drop out of the tenancy last minute for personal reasons.

This would be best suited to a Masters or PhD student (to avoid having to pay council tax) looking for a nice, clean and relaxed flat.
