The location is well situated for local bus services and walking distance from Bath Spa Railway plus there is residents parking available in the road.

The room is well furnished with built in double wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and desk and there is extra storage cupboards in the landings. There is a well equipped kitchen-diner, communal living room with TV lovely outlook. The common parts of the house are professionally cleaned every two weeks and this and all bills including maximum speed broadband/wifi.

This is a professional household and you would be sharing a bathroom with shower over bath with only one other female as your two male flatmates share a separate shower room.
