The Room & House

We have a lovely, light and airy, fully furnished double room available in our home. The room includes a single or double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and sofa (optional). There is a dedicated, separate shower room for exclusive use, just outside the bedroom.

You will have full access to the shared spaces, including a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and the garden. The house is kept clean, tidy, and peaceful. There is on-street parking but possible use of shared driveway parking/ secure cycle parking by negotiation.

Location & Transport

The house is located in Lower Weston. It is a fantastic location for commuting or studying:

• 15 minute walk to Oldfield Park Station

• 1 minute walk to bus routes to Bristol and Bath

• 20 minute flat walk to Bath City Centre

• 10 minute walk to RUH

• Local shops, cafes on Chelsea Road 2 minute walk, and Lidl and M&S are just a 10 minute walk away.

The Ideal Lodger

We are live-in landlords looking for a clean, respectful, and reliable professional / mature student to share our home with. We enjoy a friendly chat in the kitchen but completely respect personal space and privacy. We have two children aged 20 and 21 living at the property as well.

• Deposit: £500
• Bills: Fully included (Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, and High-Speed Broadband).
• Available from: 01/09/26
• Minimum stay: 3 months
