Room available in central location in Bath

I have a room available in a 2 bedroom flat in a central location in Bath, my flatmate is moving out so I am looking for someone to replace her. The room is a good size and can come partly furnished, as my flatmate said she would happy to leave her double bed-frame, desk and bedside table (I can double confirm with her on this). It faces the courtyard so it is quiet even though the flat is quite central. The rest of the flat comes furnished and with basic appliances in the kitchen (shared kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and hob, fridge, freezer) and sofa, table and chairs in the living room. As far as I know my flatmate is looking to leave at the end of July (can confirm with her), however a later or earlier move in date can be discussed.

The flat is owned by a private landlord who will want to do some basic checks on any new tenant.

I myself am looking for someone who is willing to take up their fair share of cleaning etc. and is respectful in their usage of common areas. I don't mind if people prefer to keep to themselves or like to have friendly chats and will happily adjust to either. Female flatmates preferred. Also happy to answer any questions about myself or the place etc.

Viewings can be arranged even for sometime this/next week.

Unfortunately, the room is not suitable for students or couples.
